Aufgaben

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and staff with timely communication.
• Assess daily patient care needs and develop appropriate care assignments.
• Implement treatment prescriptions including Na modeling and UF modeling.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans as prescribed by physicians.
• Record data accurately in the NephroWeb and SAP system.
• Complete CQI activities and generate monthly reports.
• Ensure proper lab samples handling and timely lab result delivery.
