Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the Philippines seeks an experienced technical support specialist to provide first-line support for Peritoneal Dialysis devices and software. You will assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, resolving issues and ensuring therapy continuity.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and the ability to document thoroughly. Overtime and rotating 24/7 shifts may be involved to meet patient needs and service levels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or healthcare technology.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers, databases, and productivity tools.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for PD devices, equipment, accessories, software applications, and connectivity via phone, email, chat, and case management systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve PD device issues following approved procedures.
• Support patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to ensure therapy continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of knowledge.
• Document contacts, troubleshooting steps, device information, and resolutions per policy.
