Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), PRC Licensed and BSN required.
• Dialysis training certificate is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Strict infection control and DOH/PhilHealth compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis nursing care.
• Prepare and operate dialysis machines and equipment.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs during treatment.
• Administer medications as ordered by the Nephrologist.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
• Assist in emergencies and adverse events during dialysis.
• Coordinate with the dialysis team, nephrologists, and support staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of dialysis supplies and equipment.
• Provide patient education on dialysis care and treatment compliance.
