Job summary

Smartrecruitment is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to embed security into the software delivery lifecycle. You will integrate automated security controls into CI/CD pipelines, enforce security gates, and collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to enable fast, secure delivery of the gaming platform.

The role emphasizes hardening containers, managing secrets, threat modeling, and embedding secure coding practices across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in a DevSecOps, DevOps, or security engineering role, supporting high-availability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Integrate automated security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA, container and image scanning) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define security-as-code and policy-as-code; IaC scanning for cloud and on-prem environments.
• Harden Docker and Kubernetes with least-privilege access, image signing, and runtime controls.
• Manage secrets, credentials, and certificates via centralized secret management.
• Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities across code, dependencies, images, and infra.
