Job summary

Apex Group Ltd. in Manila is seeking an experienced DevOps/ IaC Engineer to join our global Product Technology team. You will help build, automate, deploy, monitor and troubleshoot cloud and integration environments, supporting APAC and Europe hours in a follow-the-sun model.

This hands-on role sits close to software engineering and production support, requiring collaboration with Europe and other regions while ensuring reliability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Azure cloud operations and administration.
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience, preferably Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates or similar.
• CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar tooling.
• Solid Git experience with branching strategies and PR workflows.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar.
• Experience with Docker / containerized workloads.
• Experience supporting production systems and incident analysis.
• Good English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with distributed teams in different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and automation for cloud environments.
• Build, manage and improve CI/CD pipelines; include release automation and gates.
• Support and automate deployments across dev, test and prod environments.
• Operate Azure-based services and microservices, including DNS, networking, and certificates.
• Manage secrets and credential lifecycles, including rotation.
• Monitor health with Azure Monitor and Application Insights; improve observability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Document runbooks and operational guides for repeatable resolution.
• Collaborate with Europe and other regions in a follow-the-sun model.
