Job summary

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is hiring for a DevOps/SRE professional to deploy the DataRobot platform in CNCF-compliant Kubernetes environments, including cloud and on-premises. The role focuses on automation, problem solving, and knowledge sharing within a global, fast-paced team.

Requirements include 3+ years in customer-facing DevOps or SRE, Kubernetes expertise, and strong scripting skills. Certifications such as CKA are a plus, with emphasis on collaboration across product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing DevOps, SRE, or systems engineering role.
• Hands-on mastery of CNCF-compliant Kubernetes deployment and log troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Linux administration and enterprise networking basics.
• Advanced skills with Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
• Solid Python scripting abilities for debugging and automation tasks.
• Ability to explain complex infrastructure concepts clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the DataRobot platform into customer-managed Kubernetes environments (cloud or on-prem).
• Write and maintain automated deployment code using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, networking, and platform integration issues with customer teams.
• Serve as Level 3 SME to resolve escalated technical cases from internal support.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to feed deployment insights back into the platform.
• Draft technical documentation and troubleshooting guides for customers and internal teams.
