You will support secure, reliable software delivery across a global footprint while collaborating with Development, Operations, QA, Product, and Security teams.

The role requires 5–7 years in DevOps/Platform Engineering, strong scripting skills, and hands-on Docker/Kubernetes experience.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and toolchain integrations (Git, build systems, release tools).
Provision and manage Azure resources using Terraform and ARM templates.
Deliver containerized application delivery using Docker and Kubernetes and manage registries.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting via Prometheus and Grafana; enforce DevOps security practices and compliance.

Job Title: DevOps Engineer – Azure / Terraform (Hybrid – Taguig)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated DevOps Engineer who can work independently to design, implement, and maintain high-performing DevOps, cloud, and platform engineering capabilities. In this role, you will support secure, reliable, and efficient software delivery across a global operational footprint while collaborating with cross-functional Development, Operations, QA, Product, and Security teams.

Salary Range: ₱120,000.00 – ₱150,000.00 per month (plus allowances)
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x Onsite: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 2x WFH)
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Release Management: Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Manage version control, branching strategies, and toolchain integrations (Git, build systems, release tools).
Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Provision and manage Azure resources using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM templates). Optimize subscription access, costs, performance, and platform reliability.
Containerization & Platform Operations: Support containerized application delivery using Docker and Kubernetes. Oversee container registries and shared platform services.
Monitoring & Security: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems via Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools. Enforce DevOps security best practices and compliance controls.
Automation & Incident Response: Automate manual operational tasks using Python, PowerShell, or shell scripting. Assist with troubleshooting and driving incident resolutions in Dev/Test environments.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging DevOps technologies and drive process efficiency across technical teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of dedicated DevOps, Platform Engineering, or software delivery experience.
Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage deliverables effectively.
CI/CD & Cloud: Strong knowledge of CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub, or equivalent) and Azure cloud services/resource management.
Infrastructure-as-Code: Solid proficiency in Terraform and ARM templates.
Containers & Orchestration: Good hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container registries.
Scripting: Strong scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Shell.
Application Environments: Solid understanding of .NET and Node.js application delivery environments.
Monitoring & Security: Experience with Prometheus and Grafana, alongside DevOps security, access control, and compliance practices.
