Must respond promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause analysis and going through various testing scenarios for thorough resolution within the agreed SLA.
● Must respond promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause analysis and going through various testing scenarios for thorough resolution within the agreed SLA.
● Performs devops-related deployment tasks, including deployment of infrastructure.
● Performs infrastructure hardening to secure systems from known risks and vulnerabilities.
● Complies with operational standards and requirements as defined in the ITS system implementation standards.
● Provides infrastructure support during testing.
● Performs server migration and cutover to production, providing onsite support during these activities.
● Supports other infra-related SR activities.
● Cater to requests from other groups and individuals within ITS and ITS customers.
● Provides technical expertise, knowledge, and guidance to other network implementation engineers.
● Coordinates with vendors and suppliers regarding server and cloud service fulfillment.
● Provides extended support on server and cloud issues.
● Transfers knowledge to L2/L3 ITS team.
● Assists vendors in device installation as needed.
● Conducts regular reviews of implementation standards with ITS sysad/cloud team.
● Performs peer reviews of infra design and with L2/L3 ITS teams.
● Engages in technical and process planning with O&M and ITS.
● Reviews operational requirements standards.
● Attends operational reporting reviews, team meetings, huddles, trainings, and KT sessions.
● Handles problems related to production infra and service request implementations.
