Job summary

SID Global Solutions is looking for a Core Banking Developer/Integrator to learn, configure, enhance, integrate, and support the new core banking system while collaborating with business users, technology teams, implementation partners, and vendors.

Over time, the role will evolve into a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for platform stability, enhancements, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer to the broader support organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, CE, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years in supporting/implementing core banking systems (TCS BaNCS or Infosys Finacle).
• Experience in banking/fintech environments.
• Experience in system implementation, enhancement, migration or production support.

Responsibilities

• Learn, configure, enhance, integrate, and support the new core banking system.
• Develop, customize, and support Finacle or TCS BaNCS modules.
• Analyze requirements and translate into technical solutions within the core banking platform.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners on platform concerns.

Education

Responsible for learning, configuring, enhancing, integrating, and supporting the new core banking system while working closely with business users, technology teams, implementation partners, and vendors. Over time, the role will evolve into a subject matter expert (SME) position responsible for platform stability, enhancements, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer to the broader support organization.

Responsibilities

Core Banking Platform Development & Support

• Develop, configure, customize, and support Finacle or TCS BaNCS modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the core banking platform.
• Perform system configuration, parameterization, and product setup.
• Support end-to-end system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, incidents, and production issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners on platform-related concerns.

Integration Development

• Design and develop integrations between the core banking platform and peripheral banking applications.
• Support API, middleware, batch processing, and interface development.
• Participate in data migration and conversion activities.
• Ensure integration solutions meet security, performance, and operational requirements.

Knowledge Management & Capability Building

• Acquire deep functional and technical knowledge of the new core banking solution.
• Document configurations, customizations, operational procedures, and support processes. Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions to build internal support capabilities.
• Develop training materials and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and future support resources.
