Job summary

Creathink Solutions.Inc in Metro Manila is seeking a Finance Reconciliation Officer to support the Finance team by ensuring accuracy of financial records through daily transaction reviews, account reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.

You will produce reconciliation reports, review data for accuracy, and assist with month-end and year-end closings, audits, and process improvements. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in reconciliations, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in reconciliations, accounting, finance, or banking.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bank reconciliation experience.
• POS reconciliation experience.
• Retail, wholesale, or multi-location business experience.
• ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations.
• Reconcile cash, bank, POS, and payment transactions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and supporting schedules.
• Review transaction data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain reconciliation records and audit documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Escalate unresolved variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reconciliation processes.
