Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processing and recording accounts payable transactions and coding.
• Reconciling invoices with supporting documentation and POs.
• Preparing cheques and processing payments in a timely manner.
• Maintaining filing systems for payable documents.
• Liaising with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and terms.
• Assisting in accounts payable reports and statements.
• Supporting month-end/ year-end closing procedures.
