HOLMA Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our finance team in Manila. The role involves maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

You will assist with budgets, reconciliations, payroll tasks, and audits, contributing to accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, has strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as Accounting Staff or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment collections.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with audits, both internal and external.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
