• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (BSA) required.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, with proven skill in bank reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• High integrity and confidentiality in managing financial information.
• Experience in bookkeeping and general accounting operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cash transactions and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update accounting records and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and provide audit support.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and record management standards.
