Job summary

OLIVER | The Brandtech Group in Manila, Philippines, seeks a talented Designer for a freelance 3-month engagement. You will craft stunning content and digital media campaigns for websites, e-commerce pages, and social channels, collaborating with the client and following brand guidelines.

From brief to completion, you will bring fresh ideas, understand audiences and marketing strategy, and deliver high-quality results across digital creatives with strong layout and typography skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience from digital agencies.
• Deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation.
• Consistent delivery of design projects within deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
• Bring innovative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines across collateral.
• Strong client liaison and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Produce beautiful and innovative designs for websites, e-commerce pages and social media.

About the role

Working in true collaboration with our client we have one goal in mind: ‘to be the leading agency partner for the development of stunning and effective needs based content and digital media campaigns’. Working cross category, spanning Foods, Refreshment, Home Care and Beauty / Personal Care as well as on a premium portfolio and exciting new brand launches.

What you will be doing

• Producing beautiful and innovative designs for ourclient’s websites, e-commerce(A+ andShopalyst)pagesand social media channels.
• Comfortable taking design projects frombrief through to completion, providingnew ideasand creativity whilst working closely with the client’s brand guidelines.
• To develop a deep understanding oftarget audiences and the client’s marketing strategy
• Deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on the consumer, promoting products and brands.
• Work on a range of creatives frome-commerce to social media, bringing simplicity in design to the most complex briefs.
• Pitch creative solutionsin response to marketing strategies.
• Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that willcomply withthe correct output specifications.

What you will need to be great in this role

• 3+years experiencefrom digital agencies.
• You'llhave a deep affinity with layout,typographyand idea-generation.
• Consistent record of taking on,interpretingand delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative.
• Confident in bringing your own innovative ideas and creativity to projects whilst working within a broad range of design guidelines across a variety of design collateral.
• Strong client liaison, with a proventrack recordof developing strong client relationships.
• Understanding of design principles and an awarenessof UX, UI and Responsive Design trends - it is ideal but not essential.
• Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus.
• On- and Offline design experience with an emphasis on Digital.
• Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
• Expertisein beauty and BPC brands
• Passion for and inquisitive about AI andnew technologies
• Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
