Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Design & Planning Manager to oversee the mall's design standards, supervise beautification maintenance, and coordinate with tenants on construction and renovation.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Architect with at least 2 years of experience in commercial property planning and development. The role follows a 5-day compressed work week with Sat-Sun rest days.

Qualifications

Licensed Architect is required.
Preferably at least 2 years of work experience as an Architect.
Experience with commercial property planning and development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Implement design standards for the mall.
Supervise repair and maintenance of beautification projects.
