About the Role
We are looking for two creative and trend-savvy Design Managers to lead our seasonal product development. One role will focus on accessories, bags, wallets, and lifestyle shoes, while the other will specialize in women's clothing. These positions are ideal for individuals passionate about fashion, design functionality, and youth-oriented trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of fashion accessories, lifestyle shoes, bags, or women's clothing depending on the role
  • Create technical drawings, mood boards, and design specifications for vendor and production execution
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal production teams to ensure product feasibility, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Ensure all design outputs are aligned with the brand identity and target customer profiles
  • Collaborate with designers, product development, and merchandising teams to meet seasonal timelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related creative discipline
  • At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in fashion or accessory design
