LeapFroggr, located in Manila, is seeking a Design Lead to spearhead our design team for healthcare products used by 20,000+ doctors. Your role involves growing the team, owning design strategy, and collaborating closely with product and engineering to deliver impactful design solutions.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, visual design, and design leadership.
• At least 3 years of experience in design leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of design principles, methodologies, and systems.

• Lead and grow the design team.
• Own design strategy across SeriousMD and NowServing.
• Stay hands-on with design work.
