Job summary

Extinguished, Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Design & Estimate Head to lead the D&E team and ensure accurate designs, estimates, costing, and technical proposals for execution.

You will oversee design reviews, cost estimation, and coordination with Sales, Project Engineers, Purchasing, and Operations to deliver practical, right-sized solutions. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in design, estimation, costing, or engineering project work.
• Education: Licensed / Registered Mechanical Engineer.
• Technical Knowledge: Fire suppression, sprinkler, pre-action, access control, CCTV.
• Design Skills: Read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Leadership: Comfortable leading a team and making technical decisions.
• Organization: Manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing detail.
• Communication: Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the D&E Team: guide and supervise the Design & Estimate team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Design Review: assess technical drawings, plans, and project specs before submission.
• Estimation & Costing: oversee cost estimates, BOQ/BOM, material needs, and proposals.
• Technical Coordination: align with Sales, Project Engineers, Purchasing, Operations.
• System Planning: review designs for fire suppression, CCTV, access control, and related systems.
• Quality Control: ensure designs and estimates meet project specs.
• Team Support: provide guidance and review work to resolve issues.
