Job summary

WSP is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join the Building Services - Design team in the Philippines. The role focuses on electrical building services design, 3D modelling, and coordination with disciplines across projects.

The ideal candidate has a BS/BE in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of experience, with REE being a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and other design tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical building services and associated systems.
• Manage and maintain records of drawings per QA procedures.

WSP, a world leading management and consultancy firm, is seeking Electrical Design Engineer to join their Building Services - Design team.

The fast-paced firm is rapidly expanding, and this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team of design and drafting experts who will support your growth and development.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for the Electrical design of building services and associated systems of work.
• Manage and maintain the record of all incoming and outgoing drawings from the office in accordance with WSP QA procedures.
• Liaison with WSP personnel and WSP's partners both local and foreign affiliates and clients.
• Liaise and coordinate with other disciplines of the design team.
• Manage and control outputs in accordance with the design work program.
• Attend meeting when required.
• Carry out any assignments that will be given from time to time by the management.
• At all times exhibit behaviour, consistent with that of a professional member of WSP.
• Assist with the training and development of subordinates.
• Assist in multidisciplinary project activities.
• Use of electrical software and 3D modelling to develop electrical system designs.
• Other duties as required by management from time to time.

What We'll Love About You:

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
