About the Role

Aehr Test Systems Philippines, Inc. is looking for a PCB Design Engineer (Entry-Level) to join our Research & Development team in Clark, Pampanga. This role provides hands‑on experience in the design, development, and testing of electronics test equipment (ATE) and wafer probecards, with mentorship from senior engineers. Aehr operates in the wafer test burn‑in equipment and IC reliability testing industry, and offers a compensation package that is above industry standards in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing wafer probecards using Allegro PCB tools.
• Perform basic analyses and simulations to evaluate design performance.
