Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a pioneering Generative AI Developer to design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art generative models, including LLMs and diffusion models, in a fully remote role based in Mexico.

You will work with cross-functional teams to build innovative AI-powered products, optimize performance, and stay abreast of the latest research. Strong PhD/MA and 4+ years in AI required; Python and PyTorch/TF/JAX skills essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field focusing on generative models.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in developing and deploying AI models, with generative AI emphasis.
• Strong programming skills in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and/or diffusion models.
• Solid understanding of deep learning principles and architectures.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration, especially in remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and fine-tune generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion).
• Design AI architectures for text, image, code, or creative content generation.
