Galderma is seeking a field-based Sales Representative in the Metro Manila region to promote consumer and prescription dermatology products to physicians, hospitals, and retail outlets. You will build relationships, manage stock levels, and implement annual plans aligned with KPIs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in pharma sales, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to present complex product information clearly to diverse customers in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in pharma/consumer health sales or related field.
• Good MS Office skills in Windows environments.
• Ability to present clearly and respond to inquiries from customers or regulators.
• Ability to interpret technical information and communicate insights.

Responsabilidades

• Promote consumer and prescription products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to meet territory goals.
• Plan calls to high-value customers and manage call coverage and reach.
• Visit drugstores/pharmacies to manage stocks and perform sell-in/sell-out analyses.
• Develop and monitor yearly business plan aligned with KPIs and District Sales Manager directions.
• Prepare for and participate in monthly/weekly sales reviews and present data.
• Conduct in-clinic product detailing to physicians and pharmacy managers.
• Provide samples to HCPs and track distribution according to policy.
