Job description

We are looking for a Licensed Dermatologist to oversee and elevate the quality of dermatologic care across five clinics under various aesthetic brands. This role is a dynamic mix of clinical supervision, client consultation, therapist training, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and passionate about skin health and safety.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Clinical Supervision & Monitoring

• Visit each clinic weekly (minimum of 7 hours per clinic)
• Ensure therapists follow clinical protocols and safety standards
• Monitor treatment sessions to prevent malpractice
• Audit documentation and procedures for quality compliance

2. Training & Development

• Conduct monthly knowledge‑sharing sessions per clinic
• Provide ongoing coaching and skill‑building for therapists
• Identify knowledge gaps and lead mini‑trainings

3. Client Consultation & Treatment Planning

• Personally consult on complex skin cases
• Design safe and effective treatment plans for various conditions
• Provide medical clearance for advanced or invasive procedures

4. Incident Response & Recovery Management

• Lead resolution and medical aftercare for treatment‑related injuries
• Advise on incident prevention and therapist technique improvement
• Ensure high client trust and safety through clinical leadership

5. Education & Preventive Practice

• Observe and recommend preventive protocols
• Draft and promote Standard Operating Procedures across all clinics
• Translate dermatological advancements into practical clinic use

• PRC-licensed Dermatologist (or equivalent)
• 3–5 years experience in dermatology, preferably in aesthetics or clinic settings
• Strong communicator with clients and team members
• Passionate about teaching and mentorship
• Precise in clinical judgment, documentation, and protocol development
• Flexible and organized, able to rotate across different clinic locations
• Fluent in English (Tagalog is a plus)
