A skincare company in Makati is seeking a part-time Board-Certified Dermatologist to assess skin conditions and educate clients on treatments. Candidates should be willing to rotate across 2-3 clinics in Metro Manila and have experience in surgical facial procedures. Proper professional attire is required during work hours.

Qualificações

• Must be a board-certified dermatologist.
• Willingness to rotate between different clinics in Metro Manila.
• Preferably female with experience in surgical facial procedures.
• Experience in Surgical Facial Procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the client’s skin conditions to determine appropriate treatment.
• Inform and educate clients about products and treatments.
• Coordinate with Area Manager for product upsell based on assessments.
• Discuss the skin issues or skin problem and explain specifically the treatments or products needed to be applied or used depending on the client’s skin condition.
• Explain only the indication/uses of the product.
• Assessing patient’s skin diseases, conditions, and ailments to determine appropriate treatment.
• Endorsed to the Area Manager the after assessment result of the client for them to do the upsell of the product’s tailored to the needs of client’s skin condition.

Responsibilities

• Assessing the client’s skin diseases, conditions, and ailments to determine appropriate treatment.
• Let the manager handle the sales to be closed based on the result of the client assessment.
• Inform and educate clients based on our available products, available treatments and preventive skin care products.
• Discuss the skin issues or skin problem and explain specifically the treatments or products needed to be applied or used depending on the client’s skin condition.
• Explain only the indication/uses of the product.
• Assessing patient’s skin diseases, conditions, and ailments to determine appropriate treatment.
• Endorsed to the Area Manager the after assessment result of the client for them to do the upsell of the product’s tailored to the needs of client’s skin condition.
• Talk to them in a distant place in order for the client not to hear the confidentiality of your concern.
• Informing and educating clients, just based on our available products.
• Approval from the General Manager or Area Manager is needed if the product suited to the skin’s condition is not available in the shop/clinic.
• Training can be conducted under the supervision of the Area Managers, and be based according to the products.
• The schedule will be at least 3-4 times a week with a minimum of 8 hours of work.
• Required attire: Customers and clients expect to see professionals are often required to meet standards for professional attire.
• Dermatologists may work in a setting where there is no established uniform, but proper attire is still expected.
• Jeans and sweatshirts should be avoided, and clothing should be of adequate length so that the back, abdomen and chest are not exposed.
• Tank tops and T-shirts aren’t considered appropriate attire for dermatologists; polo shirts or cotton blouses are acceptable.
• Even when wearing a white lab coat, clothing beneath should reflect proper attire standards when working as a dermatologist
