Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in market operations including clearing, middle office, reconciliations, or settlement support.
• Working knowledge of exchange-traded futures and options processes and terminology.
• Ability to perform accurate, deadline-driven work in a high-volume environment.
• Experience investigating exceptions and applying structured problem-solving to reach resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for updates and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily clearing activities for exchange-traded futures and options in line with exchange and local regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile positions, cash, and related records between exchanges, internal books, and downstream partners.
• Investigate, elevate, and resolve trade and position breaks by the next business day following documented procedures.
• Maintain accurate static and transactional data needed to support clearing and settlement processing.
• Review production outputs and key controls to identify exceptions, trends, and root causes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and reduce recurring breaks through sustainable fixes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives where appropriate.
• Maintain clear documentation for procedures, control checks, and escalations.
