Job summary

Egis in Manila seeks a Deputy Director to support the Director of the Water, Environment and Energy Production Center in managing operations, technical delivery, business development and strategic growth.

You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee proposals and tenders for local and international opportunities, and build strong relationships with government agencies, utilities and private sector clients across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in civil, water, environmental, hydraulic, or energy engineering.
Professional Engineer registration is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in engineering consulting.
Proven experience in proposal preparation and tender management.
Experience in business development, client engagement, and market expansion.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Experience with international development funded projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Manila Production Center.
Oversee performance, workload, and resource allocation of multi-disciplinary teams.
Ensure technical excellence and quality across deliverables.
Lead proposals, bids, and tender management for local and international opportunities.
Develop growth strategies for the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Collaborate with regional and international teams to strengthen global delivery.
