Job description

You will plan, coordinate and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Departments that are aligned to the organization strategic plan. You will lead a nursing team to manage staffing needs and conduct ward rounds. You will also mentor/supervise nurses in their clinical practice, and participate in hospital committees/projects.

Requirements:

1. Registered Nurse with at least 12 years’ of nursing management experience, of which, at least 5 years’ experience as Senior Nurse Manager or above
2. Preferably a Post-graduate in Management or Nursing with Advanced Diploma in Midwifery, Paediatrics, Medical Surgical, Perioperative, NICU or related disciplines
3. Good communication, interpersonal skills with strong leadership and people management skills
4. Must have experience /involvement in Quality and Risk Management Committee/Task Force/Project
