Job summary
Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company in Manila seeks a Commercial Deposit Product Manager to own product development, commercialization, execution and profitability of our commercial deposit offerings.
You will coordinate with Marketing, CX, Risk, and Compliance to define pricing, campaigns, manuals, and enhancements while safeguarding AMLA, data privacy, and regulatory standards. Based at GT Capital Tower, Makati.
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience as Deposit Product Manager or Cash Management Product Manager.
- At least 2 years' experience in the banking industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop product/business plans covering market segmentation, product positioning, pricing strategy and product enhancement.
- Align product plan with the Bank's objective and vision.
- Define pricing for commercial deposit product.
- Formulate product marketing/commercialization strategy with CX/Marketing.
- Develop/update commercial deposit product manual and enhance products.
- Develop, evaluate and review process changes for product/segment.
- Monitor commercial deposit product performance and P&L; track market trends.
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver objectives; coordinate with external vendors.
- Perform other related functions as assigned.
- Assess risks on commercial deposit products; ensure AMLA, data privacy and compliance; coordinate with Risk/Compliance/Legal.
