Job summary

Smoothmoves, Inc. is seeking aHybrid-remote support specialist in Makati with 1–3 years of experience. You will handle customer inquiries, manage CRM cases for laboratory materials, digital and clinical sectors, and collaborate with developers or partners to resolve issues.

The role requires engineering or dental-related training, CRM/MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with CAD workflows and dental terminology. A hybrid setup in Makati is offered with health benefits.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (4-year) or relevant training.
• 2–3 years in customer/telephone support.
• Knowledgeable in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Familiar with dental terminology and basic lab materials.

Responsibilities

• Support transfer inquiries via channels while ensuring process compliance.
• Upgrade cases per process specifications.
• Create cases in CRM for Laboratory Materials, Digital, or Clinical sectors.
• Route non-regulatory cases to sub-processes.
• Provide support for system impairments across classes I–III.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate case records in CRM.
