Now Hiring Delphi Developer (100% Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Delphi Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting or business systems and a solid grasp of business workflows such as purchase orders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications focused on accounting or business processes.
• Work with Fast Reports and DevExpress (VCL & FMX components) to create efficient and user-friendly interfaces and reports.
• Design and optimize relational databases, ensuring strong performance and data integrity.
• Leverage AI tools to perform code reviews, testing, and quality assurance tasks.
• Maintain version control using SVN or Git repositories.

Must Have:

• Has 5 years of programming experience
• Has good understanding of purchase order processes
• Has professional experience on the following tools:

- Delphi : 5 years

- Fast Reports : 2 years

- DevExpress VCL Components : 2 years

- DevExpress FMX Components : 2 years

• Has good knowledge on relational database designing.
• Familiar with utilizing AI tools
• Experience using version control (SVN or Git)

Nice to Have:

• Accounting systems experience
• Business systems development

Working hours: (10PM - 7AM Philippine Time)
