• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve internal clients’ complaints
• Secure delivery, receiving and other pertinent documents
• Inform internal customers about arrival time, delays and/or cancellations
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow safety standards
