Job summary

Responsibilities include picking up and delivering parcels, ensuring safe handling, following routes, collecting COD when needed, updating status, and maintaining high customer service.

Familiarity with navigation apps and willingness to work weekends or extended hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Motorcycle ownership or access may be required depending on deployment.
• Familiarity with navigation apps such as Waze or Google Maps.
• Willing to perform field work and travel within designated areas.
• Reliable, punctual, customer-oriented and able to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels to assigned customers.
• Ensure parcels are handled safely and securely.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Verify recipient and delivery information.
• Collect COD payments when applicable.
• Update delivery status and submit proof of delivery.
• Maintain good customer service and communication.
• Follow road safety and company policies.
• Report delivery issues or undelivered parcels to supervisor.
