Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to perform field work

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels to assigned customers
• Ensure parcels are handled safely and securely
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Verify recipient and delivery information
• Collect COD payments when applicable
• Update delivery status and submit proof of delivery
• Maintain good customer service and communication
• Follow road safety and company policies
• Report delivery issues, undelivered parcels, or other concerns to the assigned supervisor
