Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Rider to join our team in Iloilo. The role involves delivering packages, food, or other items to customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Pickup and Delivery: Collect packages, food orders, or goods from the designated pickup locations. Deliver items to customers\' specified addresses promptly and safely.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by being polite and professional during deliveries. Handle customer inquiries or concerns when necessary.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries. Use GPS or delivery apps to navigate and track delivery status.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle (motorcycle or bicycle). Ensure compliance with safety and traffic regulations.
• Documentation: Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery as required. Maintain accurate delivery records and reports.

Qualifications
