Qualifications

• Applicants should have own motorcycle with complete documents and valid license.
• Should be familiar in Ilocos Sur area.
• With good communication skills and can be trusted.
• Should be residing at Vigan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to our customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner.
• Reviews and verifies invoices and check packed vaccines to ensure accuracy.
• Properly place packed vaccines in cold chain storage and ensure safety during delivery.
• Plan delivery route based on road and traffic conditions.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery details.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with customers.

Job description

• Deliver goods to our customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner.
• Reviews and verifies invoices and check packed vaccines to ensure accuracy.
• Properly place packed vaccines in cold chain storage and ensures the safety and lifting protocols during delivery.
• Plan delivery route based on road and traffic conditions.
• Activate data logger and GPS before leaving in dispatching area.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery details.
• Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.
• Maintains delivery logs and records.
• Collect and make sure the accuracy of payment from customer at the time of delivery.
• Coordinate delivery concern thru call to dispatching personnel.
• Report delivery accomplishment to dispatching personnel.
• Submit pertinent documents and remit collection to treasury section.
• Properly return data logger, ice gels and cold chain storage.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
