Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati, Metro Manila is seeking a delivery/warehouse helper to support daily operations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading goods, assisting drivers, and maintaining accurate delivery records.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior delivery or warehousing experience, and readiness to start immediately. You will coordinate with the logistics team to handle route changes and ensure safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience working in delivery or warehousing.
• Immediate availability / can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads company products into the trucks.
• Assists drivers to find delivery locations.
• Compiles accurately the delivery records and reports.
• Reports all delivery-related problems to senior staff.
• Effectively communicates with clients and customers to resolve complaints.
• Liaises with the main office or the logistics team to notify the driver of any changes to daily routes.
• Assists with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.
• Obtains clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
• Ensures that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Assists driver on parking, safe and secured.
