Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Delivery/Project Manager to lead end-to-end mobile application and back-office platform projects.

You will coordinate with developers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure delivery on time and with high quality. The role requires strong PM and SDLC knowledge, experience with Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), and ability to mentor junior resources while driving architectural understanding and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent.
• Strong experience handling mobile application projects and backend platform development.
• In-depth understanding of Android and iOS applications and backend development.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong Project Management and SDLC knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of mobile application and back-office platform projects.

• Manage multiple projects and assignments while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate with developers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and other project stakeholders.

• Lead project planning, requirements analysis, execution, monitoring, and delivery activities.

• Apply appropriate Project Management and SDLC methodologies across projects.

• Work closely with Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.

• Facilitate ideation, presentations, mentoring, and group brainstorming sessions.

• Research and evaluate application modules and technologies to ensure alignment with user and business needs.

• Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Provide technical and project guidance to team members and mentor junior resources.

• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with technical teams to understand application architecture, integrations, and development requirements.

• Influence stakeholders and drive decisions effectively, even without direct authority.

• Adapt to new technologies and continuously identify opportunities for process and delivery improvements.
