You will define scope, goals and deliverables with business units and stakeholders, and create detailed timelines for execution.

You will optimize resources, mentor teams, remove blockers, and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to align objectives with business strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain goals to business and technical teams.
• Strong banking domain knowledge and ability to navigate industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery management of projects within the portfolio to meet time, budget, and scope targets.
• Define and finalize project scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed execution timelines and align resources accordingly.
• Coach, mentor and supervise project team members and drive accountability.
• Provide regular status updates to the project team and stakeholders.
• Clear blockers for SMEs and facilitate learning through post-mortems and retrospectives.
• Review technical designs with Solutions Architect and delivery team.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and action plans.
• Establish governance and manage changes in scope; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
