Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

You will plan, monitor, and close projects within scope, budget, and quality objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in IT project management, with PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of IT Project Management/Delivery/Program Management experience.
Experience managing end-to-end IT projects with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall.
Strong knowledge of PM principles, lifecycle, risk, scope, budget, and resource planning.
Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
Develop, maintain, and secure approvals for Project Plans and Work Plans.
Prepare and present Project Status Reports with updates on schedule, scope, risks, and health.
Monitor budgets, costs, and resource utilization; manage risks and dependencies.
