The role will focus on the successful delivery of the program to accomplish stated business outcomes, on-time and profitable, quality delivery of the agreed contractual commitments, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of AIG programs and Project for Globe. Possess the knowledge and skills needed to be effective in the program, project, business environments, and to make decisions that accomplish strategic objectives.

Establish within the program a support and strategic structure that will aid and govern the management of the AIG Programs for Globe.

Overall Management of AIG Programs covering Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality.

Overall Management of Project Managers and their projects.

Delivery Governance for AIG Programs.

Strategy and Roadmap Building for AIG Programs.
