Responsibilities
- Deliver water containers or bottles to customers’ homes, businesses, or designated locations.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule and in good condition.
- Verify delivery orders against invoices or delivery notes.
- Load water containers onto the delivery vehicle securely.
- Unload and place water products at the customer’s specified location.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle issues to the supervisor and ensure repairs are completed promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized.
- Interact courteously with customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Collect payments (if required) and provide receipts.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving.
- Ensure proper lifting techniques when handling heavy containers.
- Adhere to company policies regarding product handling and delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Driver’s License: Valid license for operating the required type of vehicle (e.g., motorcycle, van, or truck).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy water containers (up to 20 liters).
- Time Management: Punctual and efficient in completing multiple deliveries within tight schedules.
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly and professional attitude toward customers.
- Basic Math Skills: For handling payments and verifying delivery orders.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accurate deliveries and proper handling of products.
