Job Description

• Coordinate with Logistics for the Operation of delivery trucks to transport and distribute ice products to customers, retailers, and partner establishments. Ensures accurate delivery of quantities listed on delivery orders.
• Drives trucks safely following traffic rules, company policies, and industry standards. Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle—and its insulated or refrigerated compartments—are in proper working condition.
• Communicates professionally with customers, obtains delivery receipts, processes payments when required, and handles delivery documents accurately. Reports any customer concerns back to the operations team.
• Performs basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, coolant, tires) and reports mechanical issues immediately to the chief mechanic or maintenance team. Coordinates with operations for route assignments and delivery schedules.
