• Safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers in a timely manner. This includes loading and unloading packages and goods from the delivery vehicle, following assigned routes and schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers. This includes being courteous and helpful to customers, addressing any delivery concerns promptly, and representing the company in a positive manner.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. This includes completing delivery receipts, logging delivery information, and reporting any delivery issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. This is essential for safe and legal operation of the delivery vehicle.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages. This may require physical strength and stamina, as packages can vary in size and weight.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. While not always required, a high school diploma or equivalent demonstrates basic education and literacy skills.
