• Deliver goods and packages safely and efficiently to customer locations within designated timeframes. This includes ensuring accurate delivery of orders, obtaining customer signatures, and resolving any delivery-related issues.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained delivery vehicle. This includes regular vehicle inspections, ensuring proper loading and unloading of cargo, and adhering to all relevant safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service. This includes interacting professionally and courteously with customers, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any delivery-related complaints.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. This may include specific endorsements or certifications depending on the type of vehicle used (e.g., commercial driver's license).
• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills. This includes the ability to interact professionally with customers, resolve issues effectively, and communicate clearly and concisely.
• Be physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy packages. This may involve frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
