• Transportation: Safely driving personnel, guests, or company materials to specified destinations in a timely manner.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Performing routine inspections (checking oil, tires, and fluids), scheduling regular servicing, and keeping the vehicle clean both inside and out.
• Route Planning: Utilizing GPS and navigation apps to find the most efficient routes, avoiding traffic congestion or road construction to ensure punctuality.
• Log Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of travel logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and work hours.
