Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking a Helper to support the delivery team in Makati. The role involves coordinating with the salesman and driver to ensure timely delivery, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining accurate delivery records.

You will also collect signatures, keep documents pristine, and report any issues to management. It is a full-time, direct-hire position based in Metro Manila with routes including Bataan and Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products with the salesman and driver to customers and clients.
• Assist with loading and unloading the truck.
• Ensure items are loaded and secured for transport.
• Compile accurate delivery records and reports.
• Deliver orders on time while maintaining courteous, professional customer relations.
• Obtain clients’ and customers’ signatures to confirm receipt.
• Ensure stock transfer forms and documents are original and untampered.
• Complete the daily trip ticket and report incidents of lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
• Report delivery-related problems to senior staff or Manager.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Willingness to work in Bataan and Pampanga routes and report to Makati City office.
• 1 Full-Time position available. Direct Hire.
