Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking a Delivery Helper to support our sales team and driver in delivering products to customers across the Philippines. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, securing items, and maintaining delivery records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires on-time delivery, courteous service, and obtaining signatures as proof of receipt. Willingness to work on the Quezon Province Route and report to the Cavite district office is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Delivery with salesman and driver to customers
• Load and unload the truck
• Ensure all items for delivery are loaded and secured
• Compile accurate delivery records and reports
• Deliver orders on time and maintain courteous professional relations
• Obtain clients’ and customers’ signatures as acknowledgment of delivery
• Ensure documents (stock transfer forms) are original and not tampered
• Complete the daily trip ticket and report incidents of loss, theft or damage
• Report delivery-related problems to senior staff or Manager
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Willingness to work in Quezon Province Route and report to Governor’s Drive Brgy. Bancal, Carmona, Cavite
