Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Deals Posting Processor to ensure accurate and timely posting of automotive deals into our systems. You will work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa, collaborating with sales and finance to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth workflow.

You will monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold integrity in every transaction, while leveraging DMS and MS Office to streamline processes and minimize errors.

Skills & Qualifications

• Business graduate or its equivalent ready to apply academic knowledge to realworld operational excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines prepared to Shift into High Gear when volume spikes.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on Accelerating with Precision in every task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards, consistently Steering with Integrity & Respect.
• Prior experience in automotive retail, finance, or BPO operations preferred.
• Amenability:Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a fixed weekday night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with weekends off.
