Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in after sales or territory management.
• Willing to travel across the region with a driver's license.
• Experience in automotive or dealer network operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive dealers’ sales targets to support regional performance.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
• Work with Service Managers to improve workshop productivity.
• Conduct dealer audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide on-site support and coaching for sales effectiveness.
• Regular travel within the Visayas region to report to Cebu Office.
