Job summary

Accenture PLC in the Philippines is seeking a Health Clinical Services Senior Analyst to review plans of care, ensure alignment with clinical protocols, and coordinate care delivery in a return-to-office setup at Quezon Gateway Tower 2 in Quezon City.

The role requires a BSN, a current US RN license, and at least 3 months of RN clinical experience with direct patient care. Night shifts and on-site work are part of the project schedule.

• Active RN license and direct patient care experience

Responsibilities

• Review Plan of Care for completeness and alignment with clinical protocols and patient-specific needs.
• Perform Admissions Plan of Care & OASIS assessment review with appropriate coding of home health services.
• Provide recertification of plan of care per client process guidelines.
• Resumption of care and one-time visit based on plan of care review.
• Serve as a clinical liaison among nurses, clinicians, case managers, and physicians to verify alignment on patient care goals.
• Promote patient safety and continuity of care through process improvements and audits.
• Adhere to CMS guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards for documentation and coordination.
• Facilitate corrected Plan of Care routing for physician approval within required timeframes.

POSITION TITLE: Health Clinical Services Senior Analyst

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough review of patient’s Plan of Care for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with clinical protocols and patient-specific needs. Performs Admissions Plan of Care & OASISAssessment Review to include appropriate coding of Home Health services
• Provide Recertification of plan of care review-based client’s process guideline on recertification of home health services
• Perform resumption of care and one time visit based on plan of care review considering the client guidelines and procedures.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between nurses, clinicians, case managers, and physicians to verify alignment on the patient’s care goals and treatment plan
• Promote patient safety and continuity of care by actively participating in process improvements and audits related to Plan of Care quality and turnaround time.
• Adhere to applicable regulations (e.g., CMS guidelines), internal policies, and quality standards related to home health documentation and care coordination
• Facilitate corrected Plan of Care routing for physician approval within required timeframes.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) degree
• Holds current and unrestricted US Registered Nurse license
• 3 months clinical experience (480 hours of working experience as a RN) in a hospital setting
• Work experience as an active RN license and providing direct patient care
• Clinical setting includes inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital clinic
• No state license required (doability will be revisited if there's a specific state of RN license needed)
